Squat tips:
#Always look forward
#Knees inline with toes
#Feet pointed outwards at a 30 degree angle
#Don’t arch your back
#Stick your butt ‘out’
#Hold the bar at shoulder width
#Squat until your thighs are parallel to the ground
#Keep the bar at shoulder level on the rack
#Always perform a warm up set
#NO HALF SQUATS
#Tense up and get tight!
